Insights of Teaching Style
As a mentor in Business and Marketing for many years, Maryanne has worked at Management/Director level where her experience has led her to believe that a role as a Manager/Director is two-pronged. It’s not just about delegating work loads, it’s also about imparting knowledge, direction and leadership. It’s about education. Maryanne is an absolute advocate of the concept that as a true leader you should never ask anyone to do something that you are not prepared to do yourself first. Maryanne’s approach to her workshops is essentially about not just imparting knowledge; based on her own qualifications and experience; but also about showing her students how they can best apply that knowledge in ‘real-life’ scenarios to kick-start their own business(es) and gain competitive advantage in the industry sector and market in which they are currently operating.
